Highest Paying Banks (Non EB/BB/MM)

In a recent thread someone posted what is written below. Given places like Gordon Dyal, I was wondering if someone could give any insight as to other specialized boutiques with comparable compensation?

I work at a complete no-name highly specialized boutique IB (<10 headcount) and would get laughed out of the room if I were to encourage people with good experience to apply to my firm if they didn't know comp.

In my mid 20s, gonna clear probably $550k this year as an As1, averaging maybe 30-35 hrs/week of work, if that.

They pay really high but the hours are brutal from what I've heard. On LinkedIn a decent amount of people who summered there recruited for a different bank or consulting/something else FT.

This has posted on numerous threads. Below is a non-exhaustive lists of very well paying boutiques. Note, these places are all very difficult to recruit for.

Nobody would laugh if someone said they worked at Foros. I’m assuming it’s a shop nobody has ever heard of

I know an An2 who cleared 335k all in at a tiny niche boutique. It’s a four man show so there are fewer mouths to feed and they had a bunch of solid deals so there was a lot to go around. Poor kid got absolutely smoked though. Worked so, so hard.
