Seems to have a bit of a hardo culture based off of the analyst I spoke with
networked with the group recruiting for SA 2021. The analyst i spoke to was a super cool guy and the culture seemed good. They do strategic advisory and are very well regarded. I never ended up interviewing there though as they only take 1 SA per year and have female superday to fill it up before looking at any other candidates (if every candidate takes an L which isn't likely)
