I know they are coming to my school for first rounds/on campus superday in September. Assuming they will be doing that for other core schools as well.

I'm not sure if they have anywhere, certainly not at my school. But if people at core schools are already aware of the timeline I'm assuming it would be up there first

Anyone have any idea what the first-round interviews on campus are like?
yo it may be a superday. they won’t tell you this now but if they’re 2 30 min interviews back to back, that counts as your superday. i’m at a target and haven’t gotten a phone screen but an on campus interview.
How were the phone screens for those who had them?

Yeah, I have pretty much similar situation. I also tried to follow up, but they seemed to be really busy. Actually, my original interviewer did not make to the interview, and he asked one of his colleagues to interview me.

Does anyone know if Nomura recruits from non-targets? I applied on their website a while back when they opened, but haven't heard anything from them. They aren't on my school's career, btw.

They do, as long as you networked for it. I am as non target (Canadian school, little to no presence in the U.S) as it get's and recieved a first round call. Had to decline, but they do recruit
