Stifel 2021 SA

Anyone know when their applications open up? On their site it only says 2020 SA applications are closed. Also, why is everyone saying that recruiting is pretty much over except for BB's? There's still a decent amount of application deadlines that haven't closed yet, and the overall interview process has been pushed back for many firms and will probably start peaking this month and next month. Sure, some places have finished up a couple months ago and some places have closed apps by the end of May, but there's definitely still places to apply. Am I just wrong? I can find a decent amount of MM applications still open, but maybe all the top-tier banks are starting to close idk.

Scheduled my first round video interview with an associate. Will see how it goes. Was told that it'll be mostly technical with a few behavioral.

Anyone know how Stifel ranks compared to other MM's like Jefferies, HL, Lincoln

Depends on the vertical, but overall it's not as good as JEF or HL and is probably second tier with Lincoln with the exception of FIG. It does some sizable deals, but I see Stifel more on the buy side than sell side, which typically means lower fees in the MM.

For me, the timeline was as follows: got contacted two weeks after employee referral for first round, 1.5 weeks after first round got invited to superday, got an offer a few hours after the superday

I know this is probably a while ago now, but did you apply through the stifel website or did you just network? I couldn't find the application link, so I only networked and now am a little worried that the app link was embedded elsewhere in their website

I didn’t actually submit any applications, they ended up reaching out for an interview after networking lol. did you apply through school career website or through Stifel?
