Op what was on the assessment
It’s just cultural/behavioral stuff. They present you with 3 statements like “I enjoy speaking to others”, “I strive for perfection”, etc. and then you rank them in order of how much you identify with the statements and repeat like 50 times with different statements

I read last year's thread and saw that people were receiving Hirevues, and then later on phone screens. But then there were some who got into the program having done neither Hirevues or phone screens lol.
I also only did the auto personality assessment
i just did it and got a confirmation about getting notified for next steps, anyone else get it after submitting?

Were the personality exams sent immediately after submitting application? I submitted 30 min ago and still didn't get the personality invite

it’s very common for asian and white males to get into these programs, since they “encourage” diversity candidates but they don’t make it exclusive unless stated otherwise.

Did you guys take way fewer people this year or something? Difference in amount of people i've seen accepted for it this year compared to last year is pretty large
i was thinking the same thing
target schools got less allotted spots, with more spots for non targets - might be why you see less offers among your school peers
