imo it means not ding, but not straight offer. so maybe waitlist or another interview.

They emailed saying they were going to call to discuss "next steps for the internship" just to call and let us know that decisions won't be availible until next week. They asked if I was still interested and if I had competing offers as well. Did you get this email/call?

First offers were sent out on Friday (3/1) with deadlines to accept on Friday (3/8). Depending on how many accept offers, students who got the call/email might get an offer next week.
