This list isn’t terrible but is wrong after S tier. PWP RX above HL RX? Perella restructuring does not nearly see the same deals as HL in quantity or quality.
HL RX has so many offices all over the place. I wld not go to HL LA RX or HL CHI RX over PWP NYC RX, also PWP NYC RX has more money.

Citi Healthcare should be in A+ tier. Was #1 for M&A deal value in 2024 and #1 for IB revenue so far in 2026 too, clearly one of their strongest teams.
