Apply online. Hopefully get a first round which is some behavioral but mostly technical with a case study. Super day is culture fit, small case possibly and no technicals.

Screening calls came out, it seems like historically there would be an HR screening before first round. Asked contacts there and it seems like usually thats how ppl make it to interviews.
Interesting that they’re out. Application is still open
The person I spoke with said they opened early this year and are still going through everyone’s resumes. But they have started screening calls just to get administrative questions done. Have a friend in a similar position as well.

Do you guys know how much weight the suited assessments have? Got sent that after applying, but I took the assessments sometime last year and am not really sure if my results are good or not.

Tbh, excuse my language. I think Suited is just a test to tell that you are not retarded. If you can network and get referrals, i would say that weight much more than suited. Cultural wise seems like their interview emphasis a lot on fit, so throughout the interview they would know, but this ties back into your suited, dont be a dick and dont be dumb and u gonna be fine.
What type of firms are you all at this summer? Boutiques or smaller MMs?

As far as I know from last year (source: someone from my shop made it to superday) it comes in waves. Seems like HR would schedule a couple folks and add it to calendar and then send out next batch and does the same. Seems like for a smaller shop, it makes a lot of sense. That being said, don’t be discouraged and keep on networking. Other shops will open soon so just cast a wide net as well.

If you get a first round, they will explicitly tell you in an email.

I would assume so. I talked to HR last Friday and they said I would get a call on Tuesday - never got one. I talked to them again today and they said the lead recruiter would call me this Friday - assuming this is the formal bump.
what office is this for? or is this the same for all offices?
also, wdym by formal bump? like a rejection? why would they call you to tell you that instead of just sending an email on friday
