Healthcare Bank Comparisons

I want to stir the pot on comparisons for HC banks in each major sub vertical, but mainly life sciences and healthcare services for associates level. Hours, deal flow, total comps, culture, personal growth potential, exit strategy, etc. So the format can be

life sciences: bank a, bank b, bank c

healthcare services: bank b, bank a, bank c

Total compas: bank c, bank a, bank b

and so on

and also want to ask would you go for the healthcare group of a BB or a HC boutique.

Lastly, very interested in the comparisons for HC group for the following banks: Cain Bros, MTS, Harris Williams (HC group), Piper Sandler (healthcare services particularly). Deal flow, hours, comps, culture, exit strategy, etc.

Would definitely agree with ranking MS and PJT pretty highly, this is a bit dated now but they were sell and buyside advisors (respectively) for the 2nd largest global pharma deal of 2019, Abbvie's acquisition of Allergan. Bit dated data point I know, but I am more removed from that space now. I was one of the probably 1000s of consultants who got to play a small part on that deal.
