Tough call. Personally am split between BAML and CS on this one. Leaning towards BAML due to larger group size, higher deal flow, recent performance. Can't make a bad choice with any though. Congrats.
I'd go with BAML. Met a few people from their HC team and they seem cool, lot of deal flow too.
BAML HC is one of the top three HC groups on the street (along with GS and JPM). Excellent dealflow but you'll get absolutely crushed there - it's a total sweatshop.
JPM, BAML and GS are the top three HC groups without any questions, Barclays being distant fourth among the BBs. JPM and BAML, both have large groups. Just meet more people if you feel uncomfortable with the two/three you met.
