I am wondering what the outlook on Houlihan Lokey Dallas is for 2020 and beyond. I am considering applying to the office as I have some strong connections and am interested in working in Dallas.
I would really appreciate any information regarding culture, teams, exit ops, etc

I currently work in Dallas but just accepted a job to leave in 2 weeks. Houlihan here is known to be a sweatshop from what I’ve heard. I work with some guys that came from the group and they had a good experience but not superb exit ops. Working in IB outside of NY will limit you to go to buy side down the road.
