Industry Primers

Hey Everyone,

there already was a post a few years where people exchanged industry primers but since its not very active so I though why not revive it so people can exchange stuff.

I’m currently searching for a primer on industrials and automotive and got a few primers ranking from mining over energy to banks and pharma myself if someone wants to trade.

Feel free to reach out if you got something.

After reading a primer you usually will have a solid grasp on a sector to be able to read the 10-Ks and earning reports of the publicly traded companies in that sector . After that you should be able to either start building a thesis ( Buyside ) or have a high level discussion on a mandate ( Sellside)

Hi! I'm a student interested in learning more about the autos space. Unfortunately, I only have a 2008 electric cars primer from Deutsche Bank. Is anyone willing to share with me a more current primer on the autos (or transportation in general) and infrastructure spaces? Thank you!
