INTERVIEW FRIDAY! - Goldman Sachs Institutional Lending Group (experienced analyst)

Hello Fellow Monkeys, Chimps, and Humans,

Today I just got word that I will be interviewing for Goldman's Institutional Lending Group (ILG). I was wondering if any of you have heard of this group, what it's like, pay, culture, etc.

I'm also interesting in learning what sort of companies I would be covering, their revenue size, and what kind of capital structure they maintain (senior debt, HY, IG, publically traded, etc.).

I'm currently at a similar role in another large bank and really need to see if it's worth jumping ship or not.

Looking forward to your comments!

Hey OP, I'm currently an Analyst within the group. It would definitely help to know your background. I'll jot down some similarities and differences from there?
