Been a few years since I've heard numbers thrown around there but I think VP was ~300ish all in.  Directionally I think Associates were ~225ish all-in.  Think analysts cracked like ~125ish.  Unless they've changed to be more competitive, they've always paid on the lower end of the Philly market, which is already a market with highly variable comp from shop to shop.
