Does anyone know current comp for Janney Montgomery analysts/associates in the Philly office? Are they at or close to market given their size as a firm?

Been a few years since I've heard numbers thrown around there but I think VP was ~300ish all in. Directionally I think Associates were ~225ish all-in. Think analysts cracked like ~125ish. Unless they've changed to be more competitive, they've always paid on the lower end of the Philly market, which is already a market with highly variable comp from shop to shop.
anyone have updates on comp numbers??
What are the higher paying Philly shops?
The best shops in Philly are probably PNC DCM, Janney, SSG capital advisors \ Griffin financial group, Bryant Park Capital. (It’s mainly boutiques)
Does PNC have other groups in Philly? I thought i saw something about PNC FIG in Philly somewhere
