MacCap loves firing people. In February they fired 80 people including the entire DCM/LevFin Group. Leadership there isn’t focused on banking, they like the Asset management business more
Personally know you will likely not ever work under 100 hour weeks getting beyond grinded, so many better shops to go to.
Do you have offers anywhere else or? In general this is a great group and if you get it take it.

I got hit up by a recruiter for this position but didn’t reply. What was the interview process like?
disorganized first round - no coordination between the interviews. All fit questions
I would personally only take it - if you have nothing else. Some groups like healthcare and defense are not good experiences.
