MBA Summer Associate Diversity Fellowship
I was able to receive an offer as a summer associate at a bulge bracket for this summer but unfortunately this bank stated that they would release decisions about the diversity fellowship by the end of February which would be after my offer deadline. I accepted my offer and then last week received notice that I did not receive the fellowship. If I had received notice when I had gotten my offer (before signing), I would have more leverage so I feel a bit duped. Does anyone have experience getting the diversity fellowship as part of their return offer full-time?
I recognize I am very blessed to have gotten a summer associate position at all but the fellowship is $75K so it’s not an insignificant amount…

How many people got the diversity bonus? And do you know if they offer it for s&t? Haven't seen a lot of people discuss it
They do not offer it for sales and trading because banks don’t recruit mbas for S&T. And no one knows how many people get it except HR/recruiting. It’s a very opaque process. MBA fellowships are offered at many banks and consulting firms
I saw certain banks (BofA, BNP) recruit mbas for s&t if they're quant focused, just thought Goldman would have something similar
I don’t know which banks those are but they should explicitly state their mba fellowship details on their career website. From what I remember, GS, MS, BofA, evercore, Moelis, JPM, PJT, Citi, Lazard are the ones that offer mba fellowships
