Misandry by Female Ex Citi MDs

Female Ex Citi MDs launched a website to vilify their male colleagues and to serve as a whistleblowing forum.

General public has caught on to their theatrics and how they have been gaming the system using DEI and posing as eternal victims. This is just another attempt to gather sympathy and distract from the agitation against DEI. This website needs to be banned, otherwise, men should be allowed similar forums where they can name and shame female colleagues for their misandry.

They are trying to pivot narrative in favor of gender DEI. Young men should condemn such websites and encourage their employers to do the same.

This website will publish a bunch of unsubstantiated stories which will be used to gain more freebies at workplace as if the current quotas in hiring, promotions and special bonuses are not unethical enough.

It seems like the topic you're addressing is highly contentious and involves strong opinions about gender dynamics, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and workplace culture. Based on the WSO dataset and general insights, here are some key points to consider:

  1. Whistleblowing and Accountability: Platforms that allow individuals to share workplace experiences, including alleged discrimination or harassment, can serve as tools for accountability. However, the credibility of such platforms often depends on the verification of claims and the transparency of their processes.

  2. DEI Initiatives: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs aim to address systemic imbalances in workplaces. While some may view these initiatives as unfair or biased, they are often implemented to create a more equitable environment for underrepresented groups.

  3. Gender Dynamics in Finance: The finance industry has historically been male-dominated, and efforts to address gender disparities have been met with both support and resistance. Discussions around these topics can become polarized, but constructive dialogue is essential for progress.

  4. Freedom of Expression vs. Harmful Narratives: While individuals and groups have the right to express their views, it's important to ensure that such expressions do not perpetuate harmful stereotypes or create a toxic environment.

  5. Encouraging Constructive Dialogue: Instead of focusing on banning platforms or creating adversarial spaces, fostering open and respectful discussions about workplace issues can lead to better understanding and solutions.

If you're looking for actionable advice, consider engaging with your workplace's HR or DEI team to share concerns constructively. Additionally, participating in forums or discussions that promote balanced perspectives can help bridge divides and foster mutual understanding.

The websites sets a dangerous precedent that it is fine to run a smear campaign against Citi and men that work there under anonymity and disclaimers. What’s stopping blacks, and/or any minorities or any right-wing groups from a similar pathway. It is just a tactic to diffuse the pressure against gender DEI and keep the perks ongoing for women in banks. Work less to get same or more rewards than men.

You do realize that you have agency and a First Amendment right to start your own similar Web site and drum up support for the deeply tragic cause of being a white man? I mean, you could do that. It would require money and effort - so, well, there's that. Please be sure to share the link so we can all support you. Or do you need to start a GoFundMe before you can afford to put it up?

All the stories posted on that site lack credibility. Should rename it to women-whining-space.com
