I just got the rejection email. Even though I already have an offer and accepted it, rejections always burn my heart lmao...

got rejected today (with two of the same rejection emails too lol to really drive the point)

How was your first round? Easier or harder to other interviews you’ve had? Im the person above that got rejected but already signed elsewhere. I’d be interested to hear about the difficulty of Oppenheimer.

based off my call, candidates should be told re: next steps either this week or next - I'd guess they will let candidates know at the end of this week.

Did anyone who did not apply for IB hear back? Like Equity Group or Fixed Income?

Not really, I know FT Partners only takes like 2 per office. And there's only one other person in my same group for next summer.

I talked to an associate a few months back. If what he says is true, they hand out offers in January and February. From the looks of it, it might be accelerated a couple of weeks? Idk

Just did a quick search on Linkedin, looks like at leasr one offer for the NYC offer has been given out (SA), with a few FT offers given out as well.
