Private Equity Interview - Model & Investment Memo template?
All - would anyone be willing to share an Excel and/or PPT template they successfully used to prep for a Private Equity interview (think case interview with three statement Excel model, investment memo complete with investment thesis, biz/market overview, transaction analysis, valuation outputs, risks & mitigants, etc...). For context, this would be for a MM PE interview.
I am sure this is a repost, but anyone with a great template or two they'd be willing to pass along to help out a fellow WSO junkie, that would be very appreciated! DM me if you can help.
