In the UK everyone fills applications for everything. When I mention 12 BBs above I mean the following GS, MS, Citi, Barcap, CS, UBS, DB, HSBC, BAML, BNPP, RBS, JEF (sure JEF is MM, don't give me grief for that). 5 Boutiques are Greenhill, Rothschild, Lazard, Moelis and Evercore.
