Still Didn't Hear Back on my SA Return Offer... Now What?
So I recently concluded a summer internship in banking at a MM (regional office). For some reason, which the intern class still is unaware of, some of us have not heard back on return offers yet - we were told we'd be let known in the "coming weeks" following the end of the internship.
To be safe, I started applying around for full-time recruitment and have shared with HR teams that I have not heard back yet. The latest update I have is I called seniors on my team who spoke on how great of a job I did this past summer. I just wrapped up some first rounds and believe I nailed some of them. Granted I get a superday next week, will this no-return-offer status affect me at all? Hopefully if it goes down the way I want it - I get a return offer and reveal my exploding deadline. If not, can I be ejected or looked down on from/in the process?
