Just sent out first-round interviews at a target school for 2022 SA.

Wait, are you talking about 2022?
bump, also im pretty sure interviews dont start till april lol
GUESS WHAT ITS FUCKING APRIL... HARDO SZN BITCH
email says next week so yeah it'll go into april
yes lmao thats what i meant
did application close, cant find anything on their website? (i go to non target)
i applied thru like a job portal for my school (target) so im not sure if it was ever on their site. that being said, looking back at our job portal, their job posting isn't up anymore so i supposed the deadline passed.
Idk if they'll as it for summers, but just a heads up, if they do technicals yall may get the how to value a pre-revenue biotech question that healthcare bankers (such as myself) love to throw out there. This may be more of an analyst FT/lateral level question, but just wanted to say this anyways--hopefully it helps you guys out. It is different from the normal DCF. Even if they don't ask that, if you plan on interviewing with healthcare banks or teams, may be worth taking the 5-10 minutes to find the answer on this site (it has been discussed here before). Good luck with recruiting everyone!
Got this question as well. The guy was super hardo with technicals. Interviewed for 2021
Which office? Boston or NY?
Nightman are you at SVBL? any insight on recruiting timeline/how has ur experience been so far?
Nope I am not, I am in pharma/biotech investment banking and am just very familiar with them
Nightman had good pointers. Know how a DCF is different for a pre-revenue biotech, know probability adjusting cashflows based on the clinical stage of the drug, be able to talk intelligently about various healthcare verticals (biotech, pharma, HC services, medical devices), how rising rates have affected the stocks.
There are some older threads on here with some interview Qs, the WSO company database also has a few good data points for you as well.
We are obviously a healthcare boutique, be able to speak about that. We're also big on fit, so take that as you may.
Thanks, this is helpful. Any insight on culture? Have you guys been getting crushed during WFH or is there any care for WLB?
Gonna be honest, I am in research. Culture, unparalleled. Banks always tout about having great culture but this place is great. All other associates (analyst equiv in Banking) and MDs are great people and we obviously put out great work to support the cap markets team. Just had a record quarter, look at SIVB stock today.
MDs/Research Analysts are conscious of WLB. We've had several chats recently and they are genuine about it. Again, these things depend on who your boss is.
Does SVB Leerink Take sophomore interns(non-diversity)
they took a couple sophomores 2021 year but they were female recruits

Just got an initial phone interview this morning. Anyone has any idea what I'll be facing? Seems like there will be some scary technical questions.
For NY SA 2022?
