Idk if they'll as it for summers, but just a heads up, if they do technicals yall may get the how to value a pre-revenue biotech question that healthcare bankers (such as myself) love to throw out there. This may be more of an analyst FT/lateral level question, but just wanted to say this anyways--hopefully it helps you guys out. It is different from the normal DCF. Even if they don't ask that, if you plan on interviewing with healthcare banks or teams, may be worth taking the 5-10 minutes to find the answer on this site (it has been discussed here before). Good luck with recruiting everyone!

Nightman had good pointers. Know how a DCF is different for a pre-revenue biotech, know probability adjusting cashflows based on the clinical stage of the drug, be able to talk intelligently about various healthcare verticals (biotech, pharma, HC services, medical devices), how rising rates have affected the stocks.

There are some older threads on here with some interview Qs, the WSO company database also has a few good data points for you as well.

We are obviously a healthcare boutique, be able to speak about that. We're also big on fit, so take that as you may.

Gonna be honest, I am in research. Culture, unparalleled. Banks always tout about having great culture but this place is great. All other associates (analyst equiv in Banking) and MDs are great people and we obviously put out great work to support the cap markets team. Just had a record quarter, look at SIVB stock today.

MDs/Research Analysts are conscious of WLB. We've had several chats recently and they are genuine about it. Again, these things depend on who your boss is.

Just got an initial phone interview this morning. Anyone has any idea what I'll be facing? Seems like there will be some scary technical questions.
