Top Smbc groups

I have an interview at Smbc and will need to specify my top groups. I pretty much applied to everything but really networked with the capital markets team. I was looking at the lev fin team, sponsorship coverage team and capital markets team specifically the leveraged and acquisition finance group. Any insights you guys could give I would really appreciate.

I don't know anything about the coverage groups but product groups involving credit all seem to be good (levfin, project finance, dcm, structured fin, levacq). Am an intern from another bank so take this with a grain of salt.

not sure what the above is about but would second that their project finance team seems strong. I have a buddy working there in their latam group and deal flow is solid (constantly working with blue chip infra sponsors, strategics) with most of the work being straight deal execution on live mandates (e.g., barely any pitching). Pay seems street as well with typically not awful hours
