Today my UBS SA app for S&T status was changed from"Under review" to "Interview/ assessment in progress" but I have not received any email from them regarding interview or assessment. Does anyone experience the same thing? I was kinda confused..

My application status changed as well today, and I received an email asking to complete Sonru. Was this selective or did everyone's status change.
I'm not sure. Hopefully this is selective but I didn't get the email.

Does the status mean getting an interview or it just changed to everyone?
Did someone get already a feedback? In my case it still says Interviews/Assessment in Progress
