MM - 3 Days in Office, Monday/Friday at home, but people do come in if they want. If needed can work from home if you are going back to visit family etc. just need to let seniors know a few weeks in advance.
What’s the bank if you don’t mind sharing?
Bb - 4 days
MM - 4 days
LMM...5 days which sucks
Truist - all coverage groups are now 4 days in office minimum
JPM and 5 days in the office
MM - 4 days
HSBC, front office groups (sector coverage, and acquisition financing) in office Mon-Thur (4 days in)

EB M/F remote T/W/Th in-office. I am seeing more and more people (and myself) going in Monday as well.
