Could someone provide me with any insights regarding a VP and/or Director lifestyle at one of the big 5 banks (hopefully a VP/Director perspective)? How are the hours like at that level? How much travelling is involved? Are you allowed to start developing your own client base and start generating some revenue for the firm? Etc.
