As we all know, the boutiques and bulge brackets are going through a massive period of adaptation in order to recruit and retain talent. As such, they've been experimenting with shortening analyst stints and changing when bonuses are paid out.
A friend of mine recently started a new fund and is looking to reach out through his college network and hire.. can other chime in on 1) when Analysts get their bonus number and 2) when the bonus hits the banks for the various bulge brackets and elite boutiques (LAZ, EVR, MC, HLI, PJT)?
