I grew up in Texas and I have yet to go to visit a state that has hotter women across the board. California would probably be a close second.

California far and away.. just the sheer amount of attractive girls. Texas and Florida have their fair share. Southern states are a little overrated - sure the sorority girls in the SEC are very attractive but they all get married a year or two after graduating (or at least a very serious boyfriend) so the only way to get one of them is in college for the most part.

Historically a majority of Scandinavians settled in the Great Lake states, especially MN,WI and IL that is where you find the Nordic looks. On the other hand NYokers are darker because of the major presences of Italians, Jews, Puerto Ricans, African Americans etc. The Deep South was dominated by old stock Scots-Irish. CA was formed by transplants from all over but particularly the Midwest/the Great Lake states.

Texas. All of the positives of a Southern girl without the inbreeding, missing teeth and general lack of fitness you get in Alabama/Mississippi (I'm originally from Alabama so I'm allowed to say so). Cali girls are incredible too, but they're a little to fiscally left leaning for me to tolerate conversation with them. One thing is for certain, yankee girls definitely take the fugly cake. I don't know what it is about the dry/cold and lack of fried chicken, but it's bad.
I need to visit texas. I would say VA, NC, SC, GA because I've spent my whole life in/around those states, but the rural areas are just so overpopulated with dumpster fires it's just not true. Charlotte, Charleston, Wilmington, Savannah, even Clemson to some extent all have some of the best looking women you'll ever see, and much less collagen, silicone, and pretentiousness than the cali girls that I've met. everywhere else in those states (for the most part), well I'll just say keep driving.

Dallas is definitely in the top 3 among the big cities. A friend of mine grew up in Houston, went to UMich, worked in New York then London, now is in Dallas and he would tell you it's not even close.

Going to disagree here, at least partly. Yea, if you go around Westwood/Beverly Hills/Santa Monica, the women are hot as hell. Unfortunately in my experience, the majority of LA girls seem to go for the female-version-of-Ed-Hardy look i.e. trashy.
If not LA, I'd say head north for Santa Barbara or south for Newport/Malibu. You go out, and it's like you can't miss. Even if you aren't on the top of your game, the worst girl in the club would be a 7 anywhere else. Bonus: you aren't considered second tier to the hollywood crowd.

I'll add Milan to the list. I can tell you after studying abroad there that every other girl is gorgeous. And it's Northern Italy so you get hot, lighter-skinned girls as well as the classic Italian hotties. But something about that city - fashion, economy, sophistication, etc - just lends itself to very hot girls, similar to NYC.
I've never been outside the continental United States, but I bet I've seen more of it than anyone else on WSO--my job for 2 years was to travel 4 months a year constantly to ever crevice of the United States.
It's not enough to ask where the hot women are. Los Angeles has some amazing women, for example, but with a population of 20 million in greater LA you have to wade through a lot of disgustingly ugly people. NYC has a lot of hot girls, but again, you have to wade through the junkyard, too. Same deal with Atlanta, GA. Where I've seen the most hotties WITHOUT having to wade through crap is:
1) Dallas, TX 2) Kansas City metro 3) Grand Rapids, MI (and about a 50 mile radius)

I said Grand Rapids, MI. Michigan in general just has a ton of hotties--I think it's just a strong gene pool from those who settled there, although my guess is that a few generations from now that will change. A few mega hotties showed up at my office several years ago in Washington, D.C. These mega hotties in the puma/cougar age were from Michigan, relocating for work.
Grand Rapids tends to have decent talent as they have a nice concentration of universities, lets say that take advantage of the intelligence/hotness disparity we all know to well ... granted there are a few quality schools there too.

The thing with Los Angeles is that there are a lot of hot women, but a disproportionate number of them are "plastic"--it's not genetically real or it's aided by the workout culture, tanning culture, salon culture, expensive makeup, good fashion/expensive clothes, etc. But it's not natural and not based upon a strong gene pool. The way I describe US girls v UK girls is that there is a much higher standard deviation in the US. In the UK, 90% of the girls are identical fake blondes with mediocre tans and ten pounds extra. You have relatively few girls who are truly hideous, and relatively few who are dime pieces. In the US, you don't have such a tight distribution. There are a lot more smokeshows per capita in the US than in the UK, but there are also a lot more paper bag jobs.
As for attractive girls at Oxford, I don't know which college you went to, but from the times I've been up there, it's nothing special. Yes, there are a smattering of very high end continental girls at oxford who are absolutely banging, and probably even some from the uk, just like there were at the lse, but that doesn't mean that oxford belongs in the discussion of hottest girls.
