Not trying to hijack this thread but I thought it would be a good chance for an exchange. I ended up trading excel tests with the OP. If any one has any excel tests I'd be happy to trade. I've got a test from a debt fund and a brokerage shop (HFF/JLL/Eastdil)

Hey all, applying from a front office position into more of a back office role (analyst) as I am realizing I do not enjoy sales as much as I thought I would. My question is what would is to be expected with the the analyst skills test (excel test typically I hear), do they usually do it in person? Is it something you take home? How complex do they typically get? The positions I would be going after range from entry level to a very junior position.
