I believe the process will be starting relatively soon. From my understanding, Piper Sandler is big on fit/behavioral questions. Obviously they ask technical questions as well, but I think they really want to see if they can work with you. They also have a very good training program once you start FT, which makes sense why they are big on fit.

I've heard directly from one of the recruiting coordinators that first rounds will be happening early May. Not sure if its different for each school tho.

Wanted to bump - just heard that 1st rounds for their diversity program are this week. The rest will come out after the application closes at the end of the month.

Students in Piper's Career Exploration Program (accelerated pipeline) are done. Have a couple of friends who went through that, a couple of offers, and one who I know of who accepted.

Diversity is happening right now as an earlier comment noted.

Have direct DMs from three separate people (a VP, AS, and A respectively) that first rounds for the normal process are early May. I hope to be a part of that process.

Heard firsts for Minneapolis will come out at the end of the month once the app closes

Have my Superday for the Minneapolis office at Piper this Wednesday... anybody have any quick advice? I've heard they emphasize behaviorals, but is there anything I should be looking out for? Should I hear back before the Fourth of July??

You’ll hear back same day. Know your resume inside and out. Be yourself. Super behavioral.

Also - change your name. You shouldn’t have your real name on here.

Not sure but NY is usually behind schedule in comparison with other offices/locations. HR is sometimes (always) scattered, so you may want to email HR if you have contact information. That's what I did and I received an email about superday later that day

This is mpls superday so it may be different but I had mine this week, mostly behavioral but very heavily resume/experience based. I had 1 technical interview that was all DCF and accounting, very basic w 1 tricky question. also pretty sure I got asked about the 3 valuation methods in 4 of 5 interviews. heard back later that day w offer

Heard from a current intern that this years group placement happened around Jan-Feb. So network for your top group before then.
