Strong presence in Charlotte; compete against the other MMs there. Also place pretty well into MM PE
Seems like a great place to go if you like Charlotte for long-term IB or want to lateral after 2 years.

Interviewed for FT last year. Got to the second round which was an on campus interview, they also invited us out for cocktails night before interview. DM me with questions

Had a first round there earlier this week. Interview was mostly behavioral with a few straightforward technicals at the end. Not sure when I should expect to hear back
So did I. I was told that if I were to move on, my next round would be on campus I believe first week of September.

Anything that tipped you off? My interviewer was really kind, but I heard that was a common experience R1 before they got dinged
Not anything in particular, but the lack of replying to a follow-up email could be an indicator. I’m not sure what else one could do. I aced the techs, have a good story, and seemed to bond easily.

I've seen on previous threads for their FT role that they brought like 30+ to superday. Obv don't know how valid that claim is and if they're gonna do that this year

I have my first round this friday, idk if thats good or bad considering 2nd rounds are apparently out now lol
Maybe they changed their minds, but I was told by the interviewer that second rounds were happening on sept 2nd and 3rd

Has anyone heard back about a R2? Can't figure out if there's more invites to go out or if it's over if you didn't get one. Only thing making me consider that it's not over is the fact they do on campus interviews.
