Hey guys,
I'm a rising sophomore pursuing IB and go to a target. I was wondering what is going on with GS. I've heard some people say they discontinued sophomore analyst programs, while others saying they got hirevues. I can tell if this is a troll or not. Can someone please clarify?

They discontinued the formal sophomore analyst positions, typically recruited in the fall (of sophomore year). I think you could've maybe applied to the GS SA 2025 as they say in the description, "second or third year of study" but you would have had to recruit for that freshman spring.
