How friendly is Citi Sophomore program to non-diversity kids? I'm currently attending a target with a solid IB experience and a 3.7 gpa. If I network a ton, will I at least get a shot of getting an offer or does Citi only take diversity for this program? Thanks.

It's really only for diversity as all the sophomore programs are, but ig you could try

I’d say go for it…I was told that I probably wouldn’t get an offer for Soph bc I’m nondiversity, but I ended up getting one, so I’d say do it, cuz not a lot of nondiversity kids will have that experience on their resume and it’ll make junior SA recruiting a breeze

Not as uncommon as you'd think, I'm a diversity student at a top target with experience at a well-known MM bank freshman summer. Lots of people from my school work at reputable firms.

Its Called nepotism/diversity lol.

If you dont have either you could brute force network your way(Which is what i did). But just keep reaching out and at some point someone will make the referral or point you to the right direction.
