know some RX R1 are out. Anyone know if it's technical/behavioral? Heard it's like 1-2 behavioral then straight into grilling… anyone confirm?
Yep. Had RX R1 yesterday– just got 2 behavioral, 2 follow-up questions w/ my experiences, and then technicals. Went easy to hard.
Wow mine was quite the opposite. All technicals. Wobbled on a few of the technicals.

When did you have yours and do they really expect students to be able to answer some of the questions they give since every single person I've heard from has said their interview process was horrible and extremely difficult

I'm pretty sure it depends on whether you have exploding/other offers
Can someone who’s done an M and A interview post what kind of questions they were asked, etc?
standard technicals (valuation, 3 statements, multistep accounting, dcf, lbo) and m&a specific accretion dilution walkthrough. Be prepared to have many follow up questions and know the advanced accounting concepts (NOLs, leases, DTA/DTL, etc.) Brainteasers might come up too.

NYC for the restructuring group. Did my first round last week but have not heard back. I'm diverse if that matters

I know there was a wave of superdays this past Thursday. I also interviewed early last week but didn't hear back
RX Superday tomorrow in person. Non Diverse. First round on was on Monday. Know of atleast 1 RX offer out there and that kid thinks there's like 1 or 2 more. Still more spots to be given out tomorrow, but think after this super is will start to get alot harder. PJT has given offers to a few (I didn't get past first round) and HL RX also has a super tomorrow.

For our school (heavy target with separate recruiting team), no one I know of has had super days for m&a. Our first wave of interviews came out in the week of March 6th but it was spring break that this wave was around March 6th-March 14th ish, and no one (I know of) has had superdays yet.
Rx had superdays very early on because restructuring tends to be a very early timeline at our school so everyone accelerated. PJT RX wrapped up all of their offers in like early March for our school.
