Yeah I just got the offer letter right now! What path did you get in for??? Also what even is this program lul I applied October to no avail and Im mega surprised now

Anyone with knowledge of the opportunity associated with being selected into this program? Do you get early or fast track interview? Does it have a high offer rate for internships? Are there any notable benefits?

Would you mind sharing a little bit of background about yourself?  I applied but unfortunately  had not heard back yet.

I haven't heard anything. I did a quick linkedin search to see if anyone posted and I really only saw people who got into the women's event post that they got in

Hi! Do you think you could provide us more details on the event? I know that GS traditionally does recruiting around June and according to past years' posts the event was held later in the year. Will this provide us the opportunity to an accelerated interview or will they offer us a first-round (Hirevue assuming) during normal recruiting season?

Denied from Womens possibilities summit, anyone know the number of applicants/ acceptance rate. I assumed most people got in...

EXTREMELY direct connected to GS, any and all opportunities are good ones (internship, networking events, job offers, etc). Just be smart how you leverage them, carry yourself and most importantly, leave your mark.

Happy to answer any questions as much as I can, feel free to shoot me a direct message

Same here. I got an invitation for the early possibilities track 2022 (IBD and Global markets). Just wondering how the workshops are going to help us since super days will be technicals

I was just in an info session for non-EP people and the way they described the first round for those people made it seem exactly the same as the hirevue we took to get into EP. This makes me believe that the next step is the superday

is anyone else confused by wtf this whole EP thing is? can't find any info abt it, and the email they sent was just really unclear as to what this all entails

I feel like it makes no sense to have another hirevue. Also, now we will be trained for the superday, and it makes no sense if didn’t have a superday. Therefore, the early track kinda guarantees a superday

So I got the Early Possibilities Hirevue and submitted it March 5th. This is for IB Chicago.

Has anyone gotten further communications or has it just been dark since hirevues were sent out ?

Update: literally nobody has heard back. Checked the Possibilities group chat, other participants at my school, and alumni at the bank. You're fine – keep hoping, keep your fingers crossed, we should hear back before the weekend.

also, have not seen any linkedin posts for GM which I assume we would have seen by now if they have been extending offers throughout this week

I emailed them saying that I had a two week deadline for another offer and they said they would let me know before said deadline - so I feel like we should be hearing back soon?
