received an invite for a 30 minute case at a bank and not sure what to expect. was told all information will be given just before the case begins. not sure what to expect / how to prepare. would this mean modeling (one of: merger model, simple dcf/lbo, projecting 3 statements) or more qualitative (reviewing m&a transaction / potential buyers for sell-side process) any info helps!
