Interview Question Impact on 3 Financial statements
Hi all,
I had these questions during my interview could someone please help me out?
I have a pre money EV of 90, the fun wants a 25% IRR, how much money do I have to raise.
Impact on the 3 financial statements (end of year 1) of the acquisition of a facility (50 years amortisation) valued 100 (1.25x revenue ) with 50% debt + 50% cash. Debt is hybride with 8% of interest cash and 8% interest PIK over 10 years.
Do you need any other information? if yes make assumptions
