BOFA and UBS not recruiting for FT? Seen they have grads but no banking spots, anyone got colour?
How do you see which companies are open?
Assume UBS isn’t recruiting grads for IB but there is an off cycle open for IBD.
Have heard BofA will release grads later this month. Not sure how accurate but as a '26 grad, not much else I can do seeing as ineligible for summers

They aren’t viewed unless they already have good IB/pe experience
as long as they are from targets, waterloo, mcgill, and solid exp, they get looks. referral would be advised though
everyone says networking / referrals arent a big thing in the uk tho for new grads esp
Referrals at the grad level is non existent in the big banks.

nope my application is just under pre-screen. I heard that previously they do AC's around 31st January so i'm assuming it will be around that date this time around aswell. Probably will send HV either next week or early january.
