Had a superday on Thursday, and got two responses from two of the MD's that I interviewed with (responding to my thank you) about an hour after the interview, one saying they really enjoyed the convo, and "team will follow up." I still haven't heard back, is it likely I'll hear back on Monday?

i dont want to give u false hope, but 3/3 of the times ive gotten thank u email responses, ive ended up getting an offer. just a data point for u

Assuming Thursday you ideally want to hear by Monday. For vast majority of folks many hear back within 24 hours and typically by 72 hours. Yes you'll hear folks that get offers 1-2 weeks but I'd say thats more of an outlier than the norm.
As for thank you emails I wouldn't put much thought into responses on Thank You Emails. For example after a final round I sent emails to the 7 people I talked with and 0 of them responded but 2 hours later I got an offer. Other times I've gotten responses from 4/5 people but still didn't get it. There have been times I responded to a candidate but we didn't proceed and vise versa
just got back feedback email saying that interviewers really liked me but didn’t too good on technicals (tbf, i was getting crushed and asked ridiculous questions lmao) and that they don’t have an answer yet and they’ll know within the next week to two weeks if they have a spot for me.

Unfortunately there is nothing more you can do at this point. You had your fair shot by doing the interviews, the only thing you can really do is wait
I sent a follow-up email to the MD this morning, and he mentioned that the team is caucusing this week and that I should hear back by Friday. Do you think that’s a positive sign?
