Which offer is best for exit opps

Hi all, I’m currently deciding between a few opportunities and wanted to get some advice. Like many here, I’m trying to optimize for exit opportunities, so I want to make sure I’m setting myself up for the best long-term trajectory.

I have an offer to join a Top BB coverage group (think GS TMT / MS Tech). At the same time, I’ve secured an analyst role at a MF PE shop (BX / KKR / Apollo). I also have an offer from a leading private credit platform (Ares / Oaktree). On the public markets side, there’s a Top L/S Hedge Fund analyst seat (Citadel / Point72) and a quant researcher role at DE Shaw.

Outside of finance, I’ve been offered a spot in Google’s APM program and a SWE role at Meta. Finally, I have a VC analyst role at a top-tier fund (Sequoia / a16z) & a corp dev offer at Stripe.

Given all that, I’m trying to think carefully about which role offers me the best exit opportunities. I want to keep doors open so which option provides the most exits.

How did Stephanie Zhan, Charlie Curnin, etc. become "Partners" at Sequoia shortly after graduating from college? I understand connections and have heard that some of the top venture capital firms give everyone the title of Partner. Any additional insights?

I would suggest trying to delay your graduation by a year and re-recruit. Not many good options here, I think you’d be better off giving it another go and seeing if you land something better
