Exactly - first round is almost always by phone unless you're actually in NYC. Followed by a second round phone or a superday

Unfortunately, it's ended for all positions in the sophomore program. I'm sorry for the bad news.

I just recently accepted an offer with BAML for their Sophomore Global Banking and Markets Rotational internship program.
I was wondering whether anyone had any experience with this program or whether anyone else had recently accepted an offer for this year? Also trying to get a better feel for the program entails and how it differs from typical summer analysts in S&T and IBD Capital markets?
Look forward to hearing some opinions or any information at all!
Not much is different. Instead of 9 weeks in one division(1w training), you spend 4 1/2 each on the S&T side and IBD side. Instead of aiming for return offer for FT, you aim for return offer for the following summer.

A good friend of mine did the program and recently signed at GS. Out of the program, most of the kids end up staying at BAML. However, those that try to go elsewhere end up doing well. If you do well in the program, it's great. You get great exposure to both IBD and S&T. Feel free to PM me if you have more questions. I know a few people that did the program.
