JPM Asset Management Superday Timing
I did a phone interview for a Summer Analyst position with JP Morgan Asset Management on Tuesday, January 22nd.
Does anyone know when I should hear about a superday? Or when that superday would be/when it was last year?

i think different groups have different superday schedules. not sure about how PB works, but last year invites for one of the IM groups were sent out like early/mid feb and the superday was in late feb

tycoon2014, not that I'm doubting you, but you are sure that the superday for JPM Asset Management is Feb 8th? And when do you think they will notify who is invited?
tycoon is not correct or he is talking about another one. I interviewed with JPM IM fixed income and I know I'm moving forward but I won't be contacted for another 2-4 weeks. Thats what my contact told me.

Let me know if you guys hear back from JPMAM as well. I had phone interviews with their global real assets group last Tuesday (Jan 22nd) and their fixed income group last Friday (Jan 25th). I heard that we're supposed to be contacted in a week or so, but I haven't heard anything yet

I had an interview too on the 23rd Jan with the Client PM group - Equities, my interviewer told me i should hear back within 2 weeks if not contact him directly. I called a friend in JPM PB who told me they usually take around 10 days or so to get back on superday invites
I can confirm that tycoon is correct, superday is Feb. 8th, at least definitely for the real assets group.
jim008 do you know if they have already notified all the superday candidates for the real assets group?
They are required to notify you at least 72 hours prior and what TH101 said is correct, it takes about 10 days for them to respond.

its been almost two weeks since my phone interview. My interviewer acted like I had a really good chance at a superday. Haven't heard anything yet. Anyone else heard anything?
Its almost 2 weeks for me too, my interviewer said to contact him if i dont hear back by 2 weeks. which group did you interview for? did your interviewer tell you anything about the recruiting process after 1st round?
I emailed my interviewer again and he said that we should be notified in another week or two
I didn't really interview for a particular group necessarily. My interviewer said that HR would contact me if I got a super day but didn't give me a timeline. He was pretty optimistic about my chances.

I am also waiting--had a phone interview with institutional sales. Will keep everyone posted.
I just spoke with my phone interviewer and she said we should hear by the end of this week.

My interviewer works in Institutional Sales, but I believe it was a general interview and not for a particular group just yet.
Did your contact indicate whether the "general interviews" would get another phone interview or go straight to the superday? I think mine could have been for institutional sales because I stated that as my preference, but it could have been general because institutional sales wasn't explicitly indicated.
I did not state institutional sales as my preference and my interviewer never indicated that I was interviewing specifically for institutional sales, but she does work in institutional sales and it is possible that that's what I was interviewing for. But I just assumed it was still a more general interview. She did not specify whether I would be hearing about another phone interview or go straight to a superday, no.
I know for sure that the equities superday was on Feb 1 and offers were recently extended. Seems like most groups are at the end of the month.
Do you know what the deadline to accept the offer is? I think I was put on hold.
This would be for equities investment-alpha right? I interviewed 1st round for equites client PM group....

I heard back and got an offer for AM PB's investment solutions team on Monday (2/11), but still waiting to hear back from AM IM for their fixed income and global real assets groups

Didn't hear anything. I emailed an HR recruiter on Thursday night, no response yet. If this year is like last year with the superdays in very late Feb, there is still plenty of time.

last week of February--most groups, not all.
Alright so has anyone heard anything yet?? Phone interview almost four weeks ago and no reply from the analyst I interviewed with. Should I just give up?!
I still haven't heard anything either. It seems like most of the superdays are next week sometime, so I think we still have a shot through this week, but past this week it seems very unlikely that we will move on.
Hey guys, I had a phone interview on Jan 24th as well for IM summer internship in NYC, and still havent heard back. I emailed my interviewer and let him know about another offer that I got, but told me, on feb 1st, that they still were in the early stages of the process and that it would take a few more weeks before taking decisions. Did anyone ere get superday for that position?
I interviewed for IMD in New York back on January 25.... No reply from analyst and I was never contacted by HR so I have no one else to reach out to.
Well at least it sounds like were all in the same boat. I'll post here if I hear anything.
same ill let you guys know if/when I hear back. It should be pretty soon. I think its unlikely that we all got rejected after the phone interview.

I would assume that's after a phone interview... I haven't heard anything either and have been waiting for close to a month as well. Hopefully will hear something soon, I know they they are definitely a little behind in organizing vs IBD and S&T so staying optimistic.
Ill probably hear back by friday. hopefully.

Don't worry, I got another offer. I was just letting him know because I thought that it meant that no one had heard.
I think it's safe to assume that most JPM IM recruiting is over.. they might have a few candidates as backups but from what I've heard most groups have already filled their spots
Hey, I'm not sure if people are still trolling this at all but, I know the first wave of offers went out in early february based mainly from target schools. They are securing acceptances now and then will see what there needs are after the process and then will reach out to more candidates in the upcoming weeks based on needs.
Not sure if this applies to anyone, but I got an email yesterday from a woman who works in asset management institutional sales in Chicago saying they are still interested in me and that they are doing interviews in Chicago the week of the 18th.
