Has anyone heard anything since submitting the application?
Just got the questionnaire a couple of hours ago… submitted last week
Submitted the questionnaire last Sunday. Haven't heard anything back since though.
Did you hear back from them?
Nope still radio silence. But it's not a rejection yet so that's good… I think
Submitted the week before that and heard in a week
Heard as in?
got the questionnaire
Following
Bump
Has anyone heard anything at all yet?
What's the timeline to see if you made it to the next round post the survey monkey questionnaire?
Looks like you get an email if rejected so at least we know we're not disqualified.
Well just got dinged post questionnaire…
sorry to hear that. When did you submit the questionnaire ?
Last Friday hahaha so I kinda feel like my questionnaire answers were pretty bad… given others who submitted prior to me haven't heard back
I'm sorry to hear that. Don't get discouraged. You can certainly try again!
I submitted my questionnaire on March 10th, haven't heard back yet
Probably a good sign
Just got a rejection email
No one is safe smh. I thought if you haven't heard back for more than 5 business days it was a good sign
I assume that all those advancing to the case study will do so at the same time. The program begins in June, which leads me to believe that they need to finalize their selection by early May.
Older application cycles seem to have followed this order:
1) Application - Random
2) Questionnaire - Soon after application
3) Info Call - Early April
4) Case Study - Submit this mid-April
5) HR screening - Probably not a lot of time between this and the case study and debrief
6) Case study debrief - Late April
7) Super Day - Early May
The dates are my best guess. My logic here is if start date is June 5th, typically a background check takes up to 2 weeks, they need time for logistics and offer letter, and also some time to decide after the Superday. Obviously take this with a grain of salt.
Yea makes sense… so if you're still waiting on hearing back from your questionnaire and you've submitted a while back you should be in good shape. Goodluck guys!
is there even a superday? There isn't for the regular academy or SA
According to previous posts, it looks like there is.
It is a little difficult to be sure but at the very least I think it is fair to assume that there are two rounds of interviews (not counting HR call) after the case study.

So they will only screen ur resume after the case study?
Just got the case study… has anyone done it in the past and have advice?
Hey can you share what it is? 3SM or asked you for views on a hypothetical company?
3SM on a company they assigned… should be fine been doing this for 4 years in ER now, but it is out of my sector
Just got the 3SM.... but haven't had any phone calls yet? Kind of strange to do a long case study having not spoken to anyone there yet.
Same here…
Just curious what is the general age range / experience level of applicants for this program? Would it be better to recruit directly into a pod?
I would say yes…
40-50 spots vs 16,000+ applicants makes it easy to get lost in the crowd
Vs.
Networking you at least get looked at directly and if you get an interview it's you vs. idk 10-30 others who also get an interview
it's 40 spots globally (30 US), 21,000 applicants now
Anyone hear anything post case study?
I just got the questionnaire for the SF position today but never heard back positive or negative for the one in NY. What does that mean for me?
Idk I got ghosted by the SF one but recently submitted the case study for the NY so…
How was the case study?
Any idea why we only get the SF invite even though we applied for all locations?
Guys, how many days after did you receive an invite for a questionnaire following your application?
I got declined today.
After case study or questionnaire?
Questionnaire
Just to add a data point:
March 24th: Applied online (I know, I know, late af)
March 29th: Got the questionnaire
March 31st: Submitted the questionnaire
April 5th: nothing yet. All the people that I know of got a case ~3 days after the survey. So if nothing after 72 hours, that's very likely a no.
I got the case study 2 weeks after the questionnaire.
You are correct. Had to go back a bit on my previous comment, I just got the case...May I ask when did you get the questionnaire? Seems like most in the earlier cohorts progressed at a slower rate.
Anyone hear anything post case study?
Does submitting a case study guarantee you move on to to next round?
Submitted mine this morning so obviously haven't heard anything. To my understanding from previous years' threads we most likely won't hear anything for a bit as they start to review our case studies. Previous structures had an HR call after submitting followed by a case study debrief. I've seen multiple people disputing whether there's a superday after the case study debrief, but would imagine there is one.
How did you find the case study? difficult?
Honestly was very open ended. You have liberty in what you present. Definitely took me some time, but took the Easter weekend to pull it all together, have time to step away after, and rework parts where I felt I could've done things better than I had initially. Apologies for being vague, but don't want to say something I shouldn't. I think as long as you dedicate the proper amount of time to it and explain your pov in an articulate way I think you should be fine. I haven't heard anything yet cause I just submitted, but I had to draw a line for myself after a point because at the end of the day they're probably not looking for perfection. The whole point of the program is for them to teach you the skills and methodologies they employ at the firm. Just do the best you can, explain your rationale and thought process. At the end of the day no amount of advice from myself or anyone who's applying and hasn't worked there will do good for you because it's merely the blind leading the blind. Give the case your best effort, make sure you're getting your points across, don't overdo anything but make sure you at least do your due diligence and hope for the best.
Bump
Post case study, did HR confirm receipt? Do people know roughly how long it takes to hear back?
Submitted my case Tuesday morning and have yet to hear a response. Seems like with the app and the questionnaire people who got rejected heard back pretty quickly, but I got the case 5 days after I submitted the questionnaire. Would imagine it would take longer to get through the case submissions than the questionnaire.
Had a call with a connection at the firm and was told that getting to the case study is a good sign so far. Also was told it's usually 30-40 seats so a bit less than what was said previously about 40-50.
I wonder 30-40 is for worldwide or specific office?
Submitted the questionnaire about a week ago. Is that too late or do you think it will still be considered? Also, I have applied for the London position but it says that I have applied for SF...
Good luck to everyone!
Are you applying for the experienced academy or regular one?
Was just rejected following the case study submission with no feedback... rip.
Same here, would've been nice to get some feedback, especially having spent a considerable amount of time on the case w/o a finance background.
rejected after HR interview here.
Is this mainly fit and motivation interview? Curious why HR would ding after the case study?
Yes, mainly fit and motivational.idk, didnt get any feedback
Has anyone passed the HR interview?
Bump. Does anyone have any advice going into the HR interview?
Has been more than 10 days that I have submitted the questionnaire and still have not heard back..
Probably a good sign according to commenters above/elsewhere. Submitted questionnaire on 4/4 and received case study yesterday, 4/19.
Seems random when they send the case study. I sent my questionnaire last week and received the case study yesterday as well.

Does anyone get coach interview?
My HR round was last Thursday. So far nothing. Not sure if that's them waiting to reject people in batches or if the HR team is just swamped.
Same here for recent graduates 2023 academy SF. HR round last Thursday and haven't heard back yet.
Hello! Did anyone apply to the Experienced Academy program in Japan? The relevant job posting (at least on LinkedIn) was posted a little more than a week ago, i.e. much, much later than the job posting covering other regions (US/UK/HK etc.), but still with the same June 2023 start date. Seems like a tight schedule for them to put together an Academy class in Japan, but wanted to check if anyone applied and heard back from them (I submitted my application a few days ago but have not yet heard back at all).
3 weeks after submitting the questionnaire and still no response. I guess that means a rejection
Is anyone else still waiting for results after case submission?
Kind of worrying that others already scheduled and completed their interviews, and I haven't received word at all.
When did you submit your case?
last week
Been over a week. Still nothing back
Had anyone heard back post case study submission? If so how long did they review before getting back?
Anyone progress to the HR round?
Is it too late to apply? Anyone know what stage it's at? London office.
Anyone have information on the rest of the process following submission of case study? What is the debrief like? What is the HR round like? Are there interviews with analysts / pms? Is there a stock pitch interview? Any information on the process would be largely helpful.
Case study was a 3statement?
I was rejected post case study as well. Good luck, all!
