Just received an email today notifying I got an interview! Wanted to start a thread since I haven’t seen one for the program yet.

Did the program Feb 2020. In person event at the Minneapolis office. Was given an early accelerated superday (think March) for NYC HC team (had to re-apply, not everyone gets one).
For what its worth, know 2 kids from my target that have already received acceptances to the program (had the phone interview mid Nov)
That’s weird Bc the deadline was dec 15 and normally diversity programs wait until after the deadline to sift through applicants/resumes
Do you remember what the interviews for acceptance into the program were like? Was it all behavioral?
I got accepted into the program and the whole interview was behavioral.

I am with Piper and I highly recommend the program, as well as becoming an analyst with us. good WLB, great people all around.
Did this 2 years ago. HR is highly disorganized and if you want the best shot for an internship, choose Minnesota. Was a fun free trip to the HQ tho.
