Anyone in Restructuring/Insolvency?
Hi guise, I have some questions regarding Restructuring/Insolvency, since I got pretty fascinated recently by it. Does anyone here have experience in this topic? What are the tasks you do the most as advisor in distressed situations and how are they relating to classic IB? How does a classic restructuring process work, is it mainly law stuff or more corporate finance? What challenges do you face, compared to classic IB? And what are the best groups on the street?
