Corporate Banking at an International Bank

Hi!

I know this is a place to discuss CB, but I wanted to see if I could get any advice from anyone with direct/indirect experience related to CB.

I have an offer from an International CB that has branches in the US. They syndicate loans with other banks and usually lend to International companies who do business within US. Their pay seems to be lower end compared to other finance jobs (understandably). Just curious what the exit options are like or what kind of path I am about to join. Right now, I am thinking of working here for a little and then do MIF next year to switch out to a different field that is more finance related. Currently, I have 1.5 years of experience in Consulting, but having trouble finding another job. (I am unemployed right now)

Any sort of advice is appreciated. Thank you for your time.
