I was screening and saw a post yesterday. I was trying to find it today but somehow couldn't.
Last year it's like they will send you an email saying that you are confirmed.
The status of the portal will change first before they sent the email (for last year, not sure if it's the same for this year) so if you refresh frequently you will know the outcome before the decisions are out.
I don’t think it has a first round tho u just get invited

does anyone know when we hear back or at least when interviews finish up? I had my interview for NY IBD early last week so i’d imagine they’re done or close to done interviewing. Any color anyone can provide is appreciated
Considering how long it took to get this far I wouldn’t expect anything before Christmas. But who knows.
For IED they asked for my availability to interview btwn 12/6-12/19. What I’m assuming is (at least for IED and I assume other divisions are on a similar timeline) they won’t get back to us until after interviews and after they take a few days to make decisions.
19th seems kinda random so maybe they get back to us those last couple of days before Christmas.

Most people don’t have IB experience this past summer because it’s nearly impossible to land an IB internship after freshman year. That’s awesome you did some front office stuff tho. And yes they conduct super days on the second day of the program so it will lead to internships for some.
