For my school's recruiting team, they said they're gonna start R1 for m&a only after apps closed (apps closed on Mar 26th and it's mar 30 rn). they said r1 will be approximately first week of April then straight to spd on the second week.
i haven't received anything though. it's not first week of April but their apps have been closed for about a week so i am starting to get worried because i cant tell whether r1s haven't been handed out yet or im being dinged. I'm from a strong target and networked with a couple of analysts from my school (we have a separate recruiting team so analysts from our school run point) but my chats were mediocre so i don't know whether i got a referral.
I know some guy from my school alr got a superday but the analyst I talked to yesterday said they haven't kicked off recruiting yet but lowk worried as well
maybe accelerated then? other m&a boutiques have started giving out offers, so maybe he accelerated. the women day/diversity kids had their superday two weeks ago ish
oh well hopefully that's the case

theyre super fast with SD rejections from last years experience. you will know by this weekend
