Talked to an analyst and he said that a potential superday would be late August. Not sure how accurate that info is because I don't know how plugged in he is to the recruiting process.
No Chicago Industrials openings for Summer Analysts?
They usually take 1, maybe 2 SAs, and if anyone accelerated their process there goes that spot.

talked to NY office, nothing is being released until apps close. Apps close Aug 5th
Just spoke to an MD. Apps will be reviewed once the application closes. So expect first rounds and superdays in August

Source from the Palo Alto office told me back in May that they were having their last Superday the second week of May. I was to late in the process I was told. Needed only one more person for summer 2020 by the time I got on the call. I didn't ask if it was diversity though and the application just opened up two weeks ago so now I'm not sure.
Do you mean the Menlo Park office? And is this for healthcare or tech?

So Menlo already hired? How many analysts do they accept in total? The apps just came out on July 1st though
They take 4 summer analyst total. When I got on the phone with the recruiter, he said that they were having one last superday for one more person and that it was to late for me. Superday was the day after my call. But now I'm not sure because they opened the application on the 1st. It could have been for diversity in May and this is the regular process, but not sure. This was for Menlo. Don't know about other offices.

Correction, they take 5. I said I'm not sure if it was diversity. Could have been both.
I would still try, but they definitely took people in May. Confirmed by a friend who started full-time recently.
An analyst who is close to recruiting said that the Palo Alto office is having another Superday in mid/late Fall. Would hold on until then.

nah just first round => super day. contacts confirmed nothing happening right now. all shifted to august++

I am recruiting RX and they said interviews will happen in August.
Yeah, super days are in August. However, my friend has a phone interview next week. Not sure if it's gonna be for RX (which would be odd since he went to summit) or generalist.

No only menlo is 3/4 full. NY still has all non-diversity spots open, unless they did accelerated recruiting

Non-Target here with a 3.6. I have a PE internship and a big four internship. I am international as well. What are my odds?
The people I know that got offers from Evercore all had a GPA above 3.8 and had internships at top firms since freshman year. That's not to say they don't take anyone that doesn't have that resume background. That's just what I've seen.

I think the first rounds will roll out for other schools soon since the first Superday will be in August.
Does evercore have its own recruiting team at your target with the first rounds being contingent upon networking with that group? Just curious because I'm at a target for most of the bigger banks but not Evercore and was wondering how their process worked.
Yes, we have a dedicated recruiting team which will decide who gets the interviews as well as doing the phone screens.
so what are exactly the target schools for evercore?
Just the widely known targets in general. Some LAC's. Some sleeper schools. I don't think anyone can give an accurate list of core schools that's official. I have a non-target friend that has phone screens next week/this week with EVR so it's def not just target school recruiting
Is Evercore not recruiting SAs for their ISI Equity S&T/Research this year? I haven't seen any posting yet. (Or is it already finished?)

I go to a complete non-target and had my first round last week, but didn't hear back about a superday so got dinged, sadly. Don't think there's separate process for non-targets
How do you know you got dinged? Sometimes it takes a while for these recruiting teams to get back to people, so I would try and stay positive unless they explicitly sent you an email or called to inform you
