Scheduled a first round as well for Asset Management NYC, but I never had to take a psychometric assessment. Did anyone else?
The psychometric comes later for all divisions
The process for internship and graduate programs shows psychometric coming before interviews… so ig unless they don’t stick by that.

I’m a non-target. I just finished the interview today. I had a good network of MDs and SVPs there and chatted with the HR person. It’s just a bit of luck.

Hey, it was super easy with a managing director. I just learned more about the team, and he asked a lot about me. Nothing to worry about! I think they are trying to give offers by EOM

I’m doing NY and gonna take my assessment tmr and then just wait for a superday so I don’t know if there’s an Hr call… I never had one.

thats so weird. i didnt hear of anyone else having one and the call went well. they asked me if i had any other interviews and offers so no idea what it means

I did NYC. I am assuming you are probably late on the pipeline of who they want to interview if you did network, if you have not networked then you probably will not get an interview. This is from past experiences applying to MacCap.
i only networked with one analyst but i don't think it actually helps

I just got another email today saying "You will receive an update shortly" but I remember receiving a similar email about 2 weeks ago. I applied to the SF location for reference.

The normal timeline for super days is at the end of this month. I had mine expedited and they were super helpful. It is still super early in the process

Definitely not IB if it was all math based. Did the super day there for MacCap and it was pretty standard technicals.
